This visa is great if your occupation is on the list, you have 3 years of post qualification experience and an employer prepared to sponsor you. Training Levy and Labour Market Testing (except Int. Trade agreements)  apply .

Employer Sponsored  Regional Subclass 187  

 

The 187 visa is similar in concept to the Employer Sponsored Subclass 186 visa except that it requires a job offer in a Regional Area of Australia and the required skill levels are slightly lower because of this.

 

Generally, you will need at least 3 years of "skilled" experience and be under 45 years. A skills assessment applies in certain circumstances.

 State Sponsored 
Subclass 190 Visa 
 

One of our favourite Permanent Visas.

You will need to be qualified and skilled in an occupation that is "in demand" within an Australian State or Territory, have a skills assessment and meet or exceed the relevant points threshold for that occupation.

These attributes will generally get you an invitation to apply for a Permanent Australian Visa. There is also a temporary version of this visa with a pathway to PR.

The Skilled Independent Visa is a Points tested visa targeting occupations in short supply within Australia. You will need a skills assessment and enough points to get an invitation before making your application.
 Spouse & Parent Visas 
 
Spouse visas include the Partner Visas (Subclass 300, 309/100, 820/801), and Parent VIsas (Contributory and Non Contributory) and Aged Parent Visas (Contributory and Non Contributory).
